This, is kinda sad really, I just can't get the hell over Lucario already.
I still want Lucario in brawl, the ending of Lucario and the mystery of Mew still gets to me and I'm putting a Lucario on my team on Pokémon diamond.
Seriously, kick ass pokémon, why did he have to die at the end of his own movie?
Well, maybe not actually die, that's debatable.
Regardless, I hope that Nintendo actually consider reviving Lucario somehow in a future pokémon movie, Lucario is just too kick ass. :\
Yea Lucario is awesome. I use it on my team sometimes... not as often as all my other pokes but whatever.
That movie was pretty sweet too. 'Tis the only pokemon movie that I really liked.

I just noticed at the credits scene of Aaron and Lucario with the chocolate bar, Aaron isn't wearing his gloves.
Kinda like a level of consistancy, I don't know if it really supports anything though except that the misty area they're in can't possibly be the past.

People are always wanting some stupid really common Pokemon for Brawl, which is utterly stupid, but Lucario is a REAL kick-ass Pokemon who deserves to be playable. If not, at least in a pokeball.
I know what you mean, like what's up with Blaziken for brawl? Why do people want BLAZIKEN? They're nothing special.
To have Lucario in a pokéball would just be an insult though.
I've seen just about every Pokemon movie....except that one. Is it really that good?
As for Lucario, I really understand how he would appeal to many since he is a pretty strong pokemon (in Dimond/Pearl) but I personally like to use other fighting types (Hitmonchan ^_^) especially since he is weak against other fighting types because of his added Steel type. Though he has Aura Sphere which is a really good and rare attack with 90 power. I think it never misses or something too, but I dont use him even though I have him.
As for Brawl, he would definately be a lot better than a Hitmonchan, cause most people don't even remember the first Kanto region pokemon (and Aura Sphere like you said a few entries back).
Beats me, I've only seen like this one and #9 on Cartoon Network.
It's good though.
Hitmonchan is boring anyhow, hell, Hitmonlee was in a pokéball in the original smash bros.
...Granted though, whenever you let out Hitmonlee it screams "PSYDUCK! PSY PSY PSY PSY!"
Lucario rules and y lucario was the one to sacrifice his life i'll never no but, trying to contact them trough newgrounds is like successfully bombing the earth, pointless and life wasting but, if the people making the pokemon cartoons EVER see this, evolve pikachu for the love of god knows what i mean some people actually WANt pikachu to evolve and i'd be a good and unexpected twist
Pikachu will never evolve, duh.
Personally I blame Kid for Lucario's death, if she never interfered with trying to get Mew, they never would've needed to goto the Tree of beginning to find Pikachu, and then Lucario would not have had to sacrifice himself to save the tree, but at the same time he would've never learnt about Sir Aaron.
I really hate when thing like that happen.... but still he can appear in brawl... i suppose and hope

Lucario is SO COOOL... I love his attacks, his stats, how he looks, his "Aura Sphere" attack, and I especially love his Pre-Evolved form, Riolu. Lucario is so kickass, definiteley one of my fave Pokemon. I'm gonna use him next time I go to the battle tower.
Wow, I take a vacation from NG for a while, and come back to find one of my favorite artists is also a fan of my favorite pokemon, as well!
Lucario's appearance in Brawl is very likely since they'll want a pokemon to advertize Diamond and Pearl. They did it with Roy in Melee, and they've just revealed that Ike is going to be in Brawl for likely the same reasons, so Lucario is quite likely, especially since unlike the also popular blaziken, has a movie based around him. Moreover, its one of only like... 3 pokemon moves that DON'T feel like just extended episodes. It's not garunteed, but still quite likely.
Also, the problem with Blaziken that his fans like to ignore is that there's only a handful of fighters in melee who DON'T use fire. Adding him would only make it worse, not to mention the fact there's nothing special about him save he's a starter (in which case, they'd need to bring in the other starters to be fair... Lucario doesn't have a counterpart or anything, so he can be the sole new pokemon rep for D&P).
I pretty much agree with all of this, I mean there's much more than just advertising D/P as well, he's popular, a logical choice, could have a good move set easily, would be simple to make a fighter out of since he's a sweeper in the game and so forth.
Maybe one day Rupee, maybe one day. Untill then all we can do is hope.

Dude i feel sorry bout that but there is good news...theres still DARKRAI MASTER OF POKEMON and he's showing up in the next pokemon movie. So theres still hope!
Darkrai is cool, but I don't care about him as much as Lucario.
WOOT!!! Amen to that! Lucario kicks pikachus ass. I think he should replace pikachu in every episode, to at least kill the monotony of the tv series
With pikachu: Team rocket comes, they try to steal pikachu, Ash beats team rocket blah blah blah...
Replace with Lucario: Team rocket tries to touch lucario, He snaps team rockets necks, finaly they do somthing oringinal scince the Joto journeys =D

I agree, but Lucario didn't die, he got frozen like cavemen do In cartoons, they are still alive when they come out so don't feel too bad.
i also think lucario would be a good playable character his stance and the move set you made out for him could fit in with the game play. yay :D
